The pen is advertised with free shipping. Never said Hawaii was excluded. As for the pen I wish the inscription was clearer.
Wayne, We're sorry it wasn't clear that free shipping is for the 48 contiguous states. We do send orders to HI, AK and PR via priority mail to get them to you quickly.
Nice looking pen that writes smoothly.
Down-graded one star because I did not receive this item in time to give to the intended recipient. It took 11 total days to ship. I ended up having to go to the store and get something else because it did not arrive in time to give as a gift.
Sue,
Thank you for your order. We're glad you're pleased with the Executive Pen Sets w/Gift Box – Overflowing with Thanks.
Although your order was delivered within the Standard Shipping time of 7-10 Business Days, we're sorry it did not arrive in time and you were unable to use them for your intended purpose. Unfortunately in this case, there was a holiday during that time and we were closed several days for Thanksgiving. Your order shipped on the first business day after the holiday.
We want to resolve this to your satisfaction as quickly as possible and are looking forward to working with you.
We would like the opportunity to replace your Pen Sets with another item if you prefer. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance, and we look forward to serving you again soon.
Blessings,
