Shipping policy

Shipping rates are based on  merchandise total and selected delivery method. Shipping is calculated on the subtotal before applied discount. 

For orders totaling $65.00 or less, Standard Shipping is $9.99, 3-Day Expedited Shipping is $14.99, 2-Day Expedited Shipping is $19.99, and Next-Day Expedited Shipping is $29.99.

For orders totaling $65.01 or more, Standard Shipping is 15% of the merchandise total, 3-Day Shipping is 20% of the merchandise total, 2-Day Expedited Shipping is 30% of the merchandise total, and Next-Day Shipping is 45% of the merchandise total.

For Alaska and Hawaii, Standard Shipping is $15.99 for orders up to $65.00 or 25% of the merchandise total for orders over $65.00.

For APO/FPO addresses, Standard Shipping is $9.99 for orders up to $65.00 or 15% of the merchandise total for orders over $65.00.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method. For international shipping quotes, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Standard Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states and typically arrives within 7-10 business days from order placement. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Standard Shipping is available to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes. Please enter either a street address or a PO Box, but not both.  Free Shipping promotions extend to contiguous 48 states only.

3-Day Expedited Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and typically arrives within 3 business days after shipment for orders received by 12:00 PM Central Time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This service is available to residential and business addresses but cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

2-Day Expedited Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and typically arrives within 2 business days after shipment for orders received by 12:00 PM Central Time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This service is available to residential and business addresses but cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Next-Day Expedited is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and typically arrives within 1 business day after shipment for orders received by 12:00 PM Central Time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This service is available to residential and business addresses but cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. If FedEx does not offer next-day service to your delivery address, CTA will use the fastest available shipping method instead. Please Note: Saturday delivery is available only to select residential and business addresses and is not available for PO Boxes.
