We are refining our customer experience and focusing resources on benefits that provide the greatest value. Ending the program allows us to improve and streamline future offerings.
When is the last day to redeem my rewards?
You may redeem all existing rewards through December 31, 2026
How can I redeem my rewards?
From our website https://www.ctainc.com, you can click on the “Celebration Rewards” button in the lower left corner of the screen. Despite the button saying that the program ends January 31st, 2026, if you have redeemable points, you will be taken to the redemption center to validate your points. When you place an order, you will be given the opportunity to redeem your points based on program rules.
Will I continue to earn points until the program ends?
Yes. You can continue earning points up to January 31, 2026. After that date, no new points will be issued.
Do my rewards expire before the program end?
No. All acquired reward points through January 31, 2026, remain redeemable until the program officially closes on December 31, 2026.
Will anything replace the Rewards Program?
We are exploring new ways to enhance the benefits of choosing CTA and hope to introduce new opportunities soon!
What happens if I do not redeem my rewards by the deadline?
Unused rewards will automatically expire after December 31, 2026, and cannot be reinstated. We recommend redeeming early to avoid missing out.
