4 piece set

I was very disappointed that the actual book was not in my packet... when I called the 1st time they said it was coming....the 2nd time they said you were out of it for a long time... I would have liked to know that before I ordered it!!! I feel that I should have gotten a discount or money back....because it was missing part of the set...... this was for my kindergarten class.... i don't feel your communication was good and I don't feel I got my moneys worth....

It wasn't a 4 piece set!!!!
