CTA has partnered with Cyndee Ownbey from Women's Ministry Toolbox to create practical, Jesus-centered resources and products to support both you and your team. Setting aside a time at each women's ministry team meeting to encourage spiritual growth through the cultivation of Christlike attributes will benefit your team and each member in countless ways.
This packet contains three lessons that build upon each other. We suggest using one lesson each month for three consecutive months during the first 15–20 minutes of your team meeting. In addition, you could use these materials as devotionals during a women's ministry retreat.
The focus of this packet is Following in Faith. Serving in women's ministry is a commitment that requires faith, obedience, sacrifice, teamwork, and time.
- Session 1 focuses on the biblical principle of faith. What does God's Word say in this session about faith?
- Session 2 examines the personal application. How does God want me to apply the biblical principle?
- Session 3 expands the application to the team. How can our team apply this biblical principle?
Scripture focus for all three lessons is Hebrews 11:1 (ESV): "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen."
