By CTA—Christ to All
As we move past the season of Lent into the season of Easter joy, let’s lift our voices in praise for our great and gracious Savior and also look at some of his precious promises to us.
April 5 Jesus is alive and you are redeemed! “Thanks be to God for his inexpressible gift!” (2 Corinthians 9:15 ESV).
April 6 Our Lord overflows in mercy and love. “But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy” (Titus 3:4–5 ESV).
April 7 The Lord listens to your prayers. “Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:12–13 ESV).
April 8 Rest in God’s unconditional mercy and grace for YOU. “But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved” (Ephesians 2:4–5 ESV).
April 9 Rejoice! YOU are loved! “Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you” (Psalm 63:3 ESV).
April 10 “Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works” (Psalm 105:2 ESV). Whom will you tell today?
April 11 It’s all about Jesus! “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12 ESV).
April 12 In a world filled with angst, soak in the peace of Jesus. “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7 ESV).
April 13 Just rest. God is in control. “He is before all things and in him all things hold together” (Colossians 1:17 ESV).
April 14 The Lord will supply all your needs. “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! . . . For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen” (Romans 11:33, 36 ESV).
April 15 Feeling the weight of your sin? Look to Jesus. “We have an advocate who pleads our case before the Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who is truly righteous. He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins” (1 John 2:1–2 NLT).
April 16 You are forgiven; your sins are gone! “I, I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins” (Isaiah 43:25 ESV).
April 17 Rejoice in the Lord’s faithfulness. “The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:22–23 ESV).
April 18 Looking for true love? “This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins” (1 John 4:10 NLT).
April 19 God will NEVER stop loving you. “[Nothing in all creation] will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:39 ESV).
April 20 You are not alone. “The LORD is near to all who call on him” (Psalm 145:18 ESV).
April 21“He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?” (Romans 8:32 ESV). What do you need today? God is listening.
April 22 “From his abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another” (John 1:16 NLT). In what ways has God blessed you?
April 23 You can trust Him! “With man this is impossible but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26 ESV).
April 24 God is not finished with you yet. “And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:6 ESV).
April 25 God is working for you and in you. “For it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure” (Philippians 2:13 ESV).
April 26 Because of Jesus, nothing stands between you and your heavenly Father. “For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God” (Romans 10:4 NLT).
April 27 Because of Jesus, you are invited to speak to the King. “But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ” (Ephesians 2:13 ESV).
April 28 Is something weighing you down today? Ask the Lord for comfort. “All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort” (2 Corinthians 1:3 NLT).
April 29 God will never leave you nor forsake you. “For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations” (Psalm 100:5 ESV).
April 30 Keep watching; God is at work! “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:20–21 ESV).
