I am so disappointed with this company. I place an order and paid for express shipping for custom cups for an event. I had a deadline. The person taking care of my order did not follow up on his end and my order was not fulfilled in time. (I ordered several weeks in advance). I was really counting on these cups and now I have 2 days to come up with something else because of this neglect to detail. I will never use this company again.
