Standard Shipping (7 - 10 business days)

Standard Shipping means your package will arrive in 7 - 10 business days.

2nd Day and Next Day (Expedited) Shipping

Selecting 2nd Day or Next Day shipping is a speedy way to get your order, however it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one or two days.

If your expedited order is placed by 12:00 NOON Central Time, we will process and ship your order the same day. Orders received after NOON will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Please keep in mind there is no weekend delivery for 2nd Day and Next Day packages, so it is possible that an order received by our shipping carrier on a Friday afternoon may not be processed by the carrier until Monday and delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday (for 2nd Day).

Out of Stock Items (Backordered Items)

We prefer to ship your order complete, however, if you need the in stock items prior to the out of stock item availability date, choose “ship immediately those items that are available” while you are on the Verify & Checkout Page (Step 2). If you would like your order to ship complete, choose “ship all items at once when available” while you are on the Verify & Checkout Page (step 2). International Shipping Charges and Quotes

CTA delivers to all countries except the countries with which the U.S. does not maintain diplomatic relations.

All shipping charges to international addresses are by email quote only. When you submit your order online it will process your product total only. We will email you with shipping costs and options for approval before shipping the package. All cost amounts stated are in U.S. dollars.

Why do you charge what you do for shipping?

All retailers must somehow pay for shipping and handling. Some choose to build shipping and handling into the price you pay for the product. Others charge a fee at checkout for shipping and handling.

CTA doesn’t build shipping and handling into the product price. Shipping includes the cost of sending your package via shipping carrier. Handling is the cost we incur to have a great team of folks pick, pack and prepare your order with care before we hand it off to the shipping carrier for delivery to you.

CTA works extremely hard to bring you a great overall value so you can be a good steward of the resources God has put in your care.

A box is overkill and wasteful, why didn’t you send my order in an envelope?

It may seem strange that we use a box when an envelope will do, but there are some reasons why we feel a box is better. You trust us to get you the product you ordered in great condition, at a great value. Shipping your order in a box helps us ensure your order arrives in excellent shape, because boxes provide more protection than an envelope. In addition to being a superior packing option, we purchase boxes in such volume that boxes are actually less expensive for us to use.
