Job Description:

Christian Tools of Affirmation (CTA, Inc) creates and provides products to encourage Christians in their faith and service. Our customers are primarily churches, schools, Christian retailers, international distributors, and other Christian ministries. Our Trade sales department has been rapidly growing. We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Manager who will have the overarching responsibility for Trade sales and marketing management, reporting, analysis, and planning to drive results that exceed objectives. Other responsibilities include developing and motivating internal sales team, third party sales reps and specific account partners. Proven ability to manage marketing and ad costs and to identify new or emerging sales and marketing opportunities with the Trade channel is required.

Key Competencies required of the Trade Marketing Manager would include Sales / Marketing business acumen, along with strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills. Proven successful track record of managing people is also required. This position requires a four year degree and a minimum of 5 yrs. in related sales/marketing mid-level management positions.
